Hello, Im Halos. Im going to be going over a quick little about me. I started off on the internet of a goal of becomming a content creator. I been streaming and making content for about 2 years. Then I decided to pick up a new hobby building minecraft servers. I started off building a small minecraft server called Halos Hut (Discontinued), soon I decided to expand into making it a network and going the full mile. I have experiance in configuration, managment, marketing, video editing, thumbnail design. I enjoy making cool things and very dedicated on projects I work on.

My minecraft server development starts off with starting a small server on minehut single server running multiple worlds on one server to now becoming an expert on network management + setup. I would say I have grown a long way from a basic small minecraft server.
I take very important precautions in making a server is secure and permisions are set in place. When it comes to cheater prevention, bot attacks, securing a network, staff abuse prevention or even player exploits. I make sure that the server is secure and make sure no bad actors can disrupt the server.
When it comes to server development I do configurations and part time server development, and server optimizations. I mainly do on call bug fixs and just general server updates on the request of the owners. I normally charge weekly for server development.
When it comes to management and how you manage your community I think it's very important that you take great care on how you present yourself to the community. You should be respectful to everyone including your staff members. You also must make sure you handle internal staff affairs properly if it is with a strike sys or other ways you plan on handling it. You should also make sure you treat each member the same as another member.
As some may know I used to be a twitch streamer/youtuber creator before I moved full time into the minecraft server development community. I work hard to make good content. Im good in thumbnail creation and video editing. I really like to work on short forms of videos like tik tok videos.
